I’ve been a national newspaper and magazine editor and writer for 30 years and held senior executive roles at the Daily Mail, the London Evening Standard and Marie Claire magazine. I started off in news, before moving to what really interests me - writing and editing features.
I love variety – and a challenge - which is why I’ve undertaken assignments as varied as creating copy for the rebranded Weight Watchers over six special pull-out supplements in the Daily Mail to writing on DNA developments for the Oxford University alumni magazine. I’ve regularly covered topics as varied as politics, health, food, and travel.
I also really enjoy writing content for businesses – whether it’s website copy, blogs, or PR consultancy on the best angles and storylines.
